Tony Dail is the Co-General Manager and works with Scott on Community Growth and Development. This is a great fit because he’s what you might call a “people person.” Tony can (and will) make friends anywhere. His family likes to remind him of the time he walked out of a movie theater bathroom chatting with a stranger like they’d known each other forever - true story. With a background in building and running a successful drug and alcohol treatment organization in Utah, Tony is passionate about being involved in processes where people are bettering their lives. That’s why he believes so strongly in Aloha Rock Gym and what it can bring to the community.
Never one to say no to a new experience, Tony got into climbing 15 years ago because of his son, Tyler. Tony will be the first to tell you he’s the true recreational climber of the group. He has “hobby ADD” and picks up new ones almost as frequently as new friends. If you don’t see him climbing he might be e-foiling, boogying, mountain biking, playing pickleball, or spending time with his family.
