Managing Your Gym Membership

At Aloha Rock Gym, a membership means more than unlimited climbing. Membership means being part of Maui’s growing climbing community. Our flexible weekly memberships are designed for locals and families who want a place to climb, train, connect. Whether you’re new to climbing or a lifelong athlete, this is your home wall on the island.

Need to MAnage your membership?

Going on a trip? You can freeze your membership (this drops billing down to $5/week) with 7  days notice.

Cancelling also requires 7 days notice.

Membership Pause Request Form

Here you can submit requests to pause your membership. This drops the billing down to a $5/week hold fee. If pausing mid-billing cycle, the system will take your unused days and apply them to the week or month you resume, depending on your chosen membership billing cycle. 


- Only 1 hold can be entered in the system at one time. 

- We require 7 days notice to pause memberships. 


When able, we try to accommodate pauses sooner. Once you have submitted this form no further action is needed. Mahalo!

Cancellation Request Form

In a busy season and need to cancel your membership? For both weekly and monthly we just require 7 days notice.

  • Will I receive confirmation?

    Yes! You should get a copy of your form submission, and we will email you within 7 days to confirm your pause or cancellation info.

  • How long does it take to process my request?

    Wear comfortable, athletic clothing that allows for a full range of motion. Avoid anything too loose that could get caught on holds. Climbing shoes are essential, and they’re available for rent if you don’t have your own.

  • Can I cancel immediately?

    Our policy for cancellation is 7 days notice. Example: If you submit your cancellation request 2 days before your bill date, you will have 1 last charge, and your memebrship will be active through that last week you paid for. It will not renew after that. 

  • Do I get unlimited pauses?

    You can pause your membership 4 times per year. 

  • I forgot to email in, can I get refunded?

    We do require written notification requesting pauses or cancellations, as soon as you fill out the form its just 7 days notice. We try to accomodate pauses sooner than that if able.
